Introduction

Welcome to Luma ("the App", "we"). Before accessing or using the App and related services, please read and agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or that you have obtained consent from your guardian. If you use the App on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

2. Account and Authentication

To keep the service secure and enable features, the App may rely on third-party authentication (e.g., mobile platforms or third-party identity providers). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Trials and Payments

  • Some features may be offered via subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases; pricing, terms and benefits are as shown in the App.
  • If you purchase through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platforms, billing, refunds and after-sales are governed by the platform rules.
  • We may offer limited-time trials or promotions; unless canceled before the end, subscriptions may auto-renew and the platform may charge accordingly.

4. User Content and Conduct

  • Do not upload, share or use illegal, infringing, harassing, obscene or otherwise inappropriate content.
  • Do not interfere with, disrupt or circumvent the App's security, limits or access control.
  • Do not reverse engineer, intercept traffic, perform mass scraping, automated access or unauthorized redistribution.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its text, images, UI, trademarks, logos, code and other materials are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us or respective rightsholders. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or use for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Third-party Services

To enable authentication, in-app purchases, data storage and analytics, we may integrate third-party services. These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies; please review them in addition to these Terms.

7. Changes and Termination

We may change, suspend or terminate features, subscription plans or the way the App is provided for operational or compliance reasons. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice in-App or on relevant pages. For urgent legal or security reasons, we may act immediately without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of or inability to use the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you actually paid for the relevant services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability; for free services, our liability is limited to the minimum required by law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction; where no mandatory law applies, the governing law may be that of our principal place of business. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to a competent court or arbitration body.

11. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms due to business, legal or regulatory changes. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may provide prominent in-App notice.
